Works well.
This buffing cloth is much more substantial than what comes with kits, such as the Kiwi kit. Thicker, larger, and better made than most out there. It's washable, however I don't think I'd ever actually wash it... Just use it until it's falling apart, then replace it. Makes quick work of shining.I purchased this product at a discount in exchange for writing a review based on the results of my testing it. Sturdy!
These are nice and sturdy and get the job done. They are so much better than others I have tried.

Works - frayed edge is a minus
Works well enough to spread leather conditioner. Con is that these seem to be simply cut from larger sheets of fabric, so there is a fraying edge that can deposit fibers to the leather, making it a little frustrating trying to pick off fibers. But it's cheap and does the job.

Adds that extra shine to your otherwise dull shoes.
I think they have the product labeled wrong as it is asking me to review it like a shoe.I used to polish my shoes and they would have a lackluster polish color of dull black. I researched the problem and found this cloth. You buff your shoes with it after polishing and they shine like diamonds. It is incredible. I use it every day just for an extra shine even when I don't use polish.

Rough shoe shine rag
The shoe shine buffing cloth is not a shoe. It wasn't quite what I expected in the quality department. It is appears to be torn from a large bolt of cloth. The two short ends are hemmed. One of the long sides is frayed as if it were ripped from another cloth. The other long side is cut.It is natural in color and kind of stiff. One side is rough and the underside of the rag is moderately soft. It kind of reminds me of burlap or a piece of a gunny sack.I tried it on a pair of black loafers, using the softer side only, and it removed some of the black polish, yet it did improve the shine. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect regarding this rag. Most shoe shine rags that I have used were soft and pliable.Maybe it will improve with use.It was a bit disappointing, but then what can I say. It is a shoe shine rag.

Great buffing cloth
I like to polish my shoes. So, when I needed a new buffing cloth, I gave this one a try. It's far more substantial than the one you get in a Kiwi Shoe Shine Kit. And I love the luster when buffing my shoes with this cloth. It puts a nice polish to a polishin'

Any other piece of cotton could do the job in reality.
It is made of 100% cotton. It has two sides, one grainy and one soft. The grainy side is for the beginning of the polishing. The soft side is for the final touch.I did not get it when I bought the cloth and used it also to apply some of the polishing cream. It worked ok for that too though it is a bit thick to use as an applicator. In hindsight I would not buy it again because one can use any type of discarded piece of cotton to get to a similar effect. So if you have any piece of clothing you want to get rid of that cannot be given to a charity, you do not need spending 5 bucks on a piece of cotton. As others noted, only two edges are sewn together, the long sides are not and tends to fray.

Not like the kit cloths you buy in stores
Just the right size. Not like the kit cloths you buy in stores, this one's longer and works just fine. Disregard my responses on "shoes" above, since obviously the cloth is not a shoe. Our friends at Amazon have some cleaning up to do.
