They seem to be size accurate. The material is comfortable but not breathable. The one thing I really don't like about them is the pad portion of these goes halfway up your rear end so there's a thick stitch line across that can be seen while wearing leggings and can be felt. In my opinion it's unnecessary for the pad to extend that far. But I've found most period underwear will be designed like this. The price point is better than those others but keep in mind if you're using them for your period these would be very light; thin pad. I've been using them for light bladder control successfully. They're easy to wash. Colors stay vibrant.
