However, both work similarly to decrease some tension and help with clarity throughout the day. This one took longer to kick in but once it did I could notice a sufficient difference in my mood.I really like these supplements because it doesn't make you tired and gives you a slight jolt of energy (not extreme like caffeine though lol). I've noticed a difference when I stopped taking these supplements in my irritations and patience level. So this definitely works better than any other brand I've tried. I usually grip about the price but this brand’s consistency, the purity, effectiveness is worth it for me.
