The serum has a lightweight, silky texture that absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving a greasy residue. It layers well under moisturiser. Over the month, I’ve noticed gradual improvements in skin texture and clarity. My complexion looks a bit more even, and there’s a mild softening of fine lines, especially around my forehead and eyes. It also helped reduce some congestion and kept minor breakouts at bay, which was great. However, compared to other retinol serums I’ve used, the results felt a bit more subtle and slower to appear. While it’s gentle — which makes it ideal for those new to retinol or with sensitive skin — I didn’t experience that “wow” transformation I’ve had with more potent formulas. There’s little to no fragrance, which I appreciate, especially for nighttime use. No sensitivity reactions or clogged pores to report, which is a definite win.
