This brand was recommended to me (an adult) by my oncologist while going through chemo to help with chemo related side effects. He said this is such a strong probiotic you only need to use 1/4 to 1/2 the tablet (a child max 1/4) so the bottle lasts a while. It must be kept chilled. It has helped immensely and I highly recommend it.
