I've noticed it makes my ball go about 20yards farther than usual but I still slice bad

Doesn't work.
I tried this and my slice is still there. Of course, I learned after spending a bunch of money on gimmicks like this one, it all comes down to swing technique. Save your money and get a lesson from a golf pro.

Whoa, this actually works.
Well, may be it was the placebo effect....I played 18 (Shoreline in Mountain View, CA) yesterday after getting this and only 1 out of 14 drives was a strong fade. No slices or hooks. I usually lose 4-6 balls on my drives per round.FYI, I was using a bunch of different balls: Nike RZN, Nike Power Distance, Nitro LD+20.FWIW, I typically drive the ball 280 yards and yesterday, I was anywhere from 250 (into the wind, landing on side of a hill) to 320 (back to the wind and on to the fairway).YMMV.However, I have been working on my swing, which probably has more to do with it.Give it a shot, it's not too expensive and what's the worst that could happen? I definitely will keep using it.

it does work some, but practice or a pro would be better. If you are a slicer, better to pay for a golf pro lesson.
