Last year I ended up on antibiotics twice for 1+ month each time. The first time, I suffered during and a couple of months after the course of Septra DS. My bowels felt like they were inside out and yeast infection was ravaging my you know what. I actually had to take medication to get this taken care of. By experimenting I figured out I needed 3 of those every day for the course of the antibiotics + 3 of (much weaker) Colon Health. I wanted to take a mixture of different cultures.
