Thanks** A: I don't know the answer but I do know you can buy pH strips to test it yourself. You can get them on Amazon, they look pretty cheap. **Q: Is this tested on animals** A: L’Oreal, Garnier’s parent company, tests on animals. That being said, Garnier itself is cruelty free and Leaping Bunny certified (Leaping Bunny being one of the most reputable cruelty free certifications out there). Some people still won’t buy it due to the ties to L’Oreal, but I consider it cruelty free **Q: After using this product to remove your makeup, can you use a face cleanser right after?** A: I do.
