The rubber nubs feel great on my feet and I really enjoy rubbing my feet on them and getting a nice massage. I like that there are a variety of sizes of bumps, and you can find what you need at any particular time. The ball is also relaxing to use and move my foot around on top of. More importantly, I have a desk job, and find myself standing and moving around more often. I really enjoy rocking side to side, shifting weight, and getting some movement into my day. Definately beats sitting. My only issue is that when I rock, it tends to keep moving forward, so I eventually have to get off of it and slide it back again. Might just be an issue with me, but anyway, it's extra movement, right?
