I'm very dissatisfied with the durability of the finish on the handles ad well. After hot soapy washes over the course of the year I've had them, some of the handles have started peeling. So they have a thin, cheap plastic coating that will come off and you won't want to display these on your kitchen counter for long. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Okay *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2018* These are sharp right now. Not sure how they will last. I don't think they are stainless steel. I used one to peel sweet potatoes and the blade turned orange. With some major scrubbing I was able to get it off. Best thing about it is that it makes an attractive display on the kitchen counter.
