Its 150 watts, so there's your first limitation. Now, there are many products that can operate under 150 watts. Obviously, the higher wattage the less run time you will get from the battery. Now, with that being said, some common uses are chargers for phones tablets, and computers. Small radios, small LED TVs and other electronics (lamps, work lights, even a hot plate). I researched a few CPAP machines and they too will run for a few hours, most I saw was 6 hours on a low setting for a Respironics humidifier. Its great for camping or power outages. Will this keep it lit?** A: As long as your tankless heater is natural gas or propane and is 110 or 120 volts and less than 150 W, it should run it.
