I'd tried milder DIY options (baking soda solutions) and that worked ok on some plants (like my bee balm, which the mildew seems to love) but wasn't as effective on my succulents (and not the most convenient to use, e.g. spray nozzles clogging after awhile). Decided to give this a try, and it has worked great at controlling powdery mildew on both outdoor & indoor plants.
