I’m a professional hairstylist I like the auto turn off kinda.. it turns off quickly when not in use saving burnout on your iron . It does heat up fast 30-sec is pretty accurate so it’s fine. I prefer a flatter iron like Baybliss this one will do until I need another . Also doesn’t curl great 🙁 and I like to use my flat iron to curl... love the color! Don’t think I’ll order again due to what and how I need it to preform . But is a nice iron.

The packaging was great but the iron pulls my hair out worse than any other device I have purchased, for the price this shouldn’t happen!

This is the best flat iron I have ever used. Great price for iron. It is lightweight so easy to hold. The iron heats up quickly so you do not have to wait forever to get hair done. The plates are great on your hair amd just slide right through it for a really nice clean straight hair look. The temperature range is great and even guides you on what temperature may be best for you. Just another great Leyla Milani product.

I own so many flat irons in every price range. I had ordered this one for my daughter who lives out of state a couple years ago. She loves it! When she came to visit I had to get one for myself! I have thick hair and it is amazing!

I was so excited to use this iron because I follow the girl on Instagram who own this company. She sure does a good advertisement but honestly it looked very cheap. The second I opened it , it looked used (you can see the photo I uploaded) . I thought someone probably used ir tried and returned , the thing is if it’s used, why send it to a new buyer. At least they should check if it’s working properly right!!! Of course it didn’t work they sent broken one. Not trust worthy!!!!

i actually ordered this directly from the milani hair website during their sample sale recently, got a great deal on it and there was absolutely no defect on it, just the box was a bit dented but who cares lol.anyways, the best thing about this is that it heats up super quick! i have really thick long hair, and within like 10-15 seconds it's totally ready to go for me. this would be perfect for someone who's constantly on the go and wants to do their hair in the quickest time. there have been so many times where i've used this on a time crunch and it's never failed me.i've seen some people in their reviews saying it doesn't curl well.. i use it on it's highest temperature setting and it always works well for me. i've curled my hair with it so many times, and just slightly curled the ends also for a "blow out" kinda look.i'm obsessed with this straightener. i use to have the chi before this and i hated it. you don't have to hold with a lot of effort while using this, it's amazing. also a huge fan of leyla milani and all her philanthropy work :)
