What it does do is exactly what the description says it does. What you will actually 'notice' is that your 'cravings' will be minimal ,if they even exist at all. It does have a 'I'm not hungry' effect. I have actually been able to take on the Chuck Norris skill of just being able to eat ONE Lay's potato chip!...often wondering 'why' I even bothered to open the bag. Another positive you'll take note of is the slow disappearance of that 'hard to lose' belly fat. (which was my main reason for purchasing it as 'menopause' does strange and disturbing things to even the fittest body) I tried several 'female' directed supplements to try to address my growing anxiety over this 'pudding ' that was beginning to appear around my mid section. My regular jeans were becoming 'too snug for comfort' around my waist. Sure . I maybe had gone up maybe one size, but having maintained the same weight since age 19, it was a blow.My sister had said 'OH! You're getting your old lady body!' (true story) Had I been in her presence I would have thrown something at her.
