I applied to a slightly textured surface, but was unnoticeable so to the thickness of the product. Great quality! It is somewhat adjustable if applied incorrectly, just a tiny bit of wrinkling. You can’t tell in the pictures and only in person if you know what to look for. The color is beautiful, but is definitely in the darker side. The adhesion is strong on a clean dry surface. I recommend ensuring around an inch on the wrapped around backside of the cabinets to prevent peeing the edges from unsticking.Order a little more than you think you will need. You start by only removing a small amount of the backing from the paper, then smooth it out to ensure its positioned correctly before slowly removing the rest of the backing. Was also easy to reposition whenever I didn’t start evenly. Definitely use a rag to smooth out as you slowly remove the backing.
