Review: I bought this reflective vest for my sister as a funny yet not-so-funny Christmas present. She is completely deaf in one ear and has some hearing loss in the other, so her safety while out and about is a major concern. She is a walker and often walks up to 5 miles per day for exercise. Because of the heat she often walks in the early mornings or late evenings. Our family’s concern was that she would not hear a car horn sounding a warning as it came suddenly upon her not having seen her from a distance. I often teased her about gearing up in a reflective suit for visibility, security, and protection. Whenever we happened to be in a location that sold reflective gear when we traveled together, I would choose a selection and model it for her gently encouraging her to purchase. As Christmas approached, I decided that since she would not purchase a vest for herself, I would give her one for Christmas. This particular one seemed to be exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Of course when she opened the package on Christmas morning everyone laughed while breathing a sigh of relief at the same time. A few weeks later she sent me a picture of her getting ready to leave the house to walk with her dog. She was wearing sunglasses, a knitted hat, a scarf, and the vest over her coat while her little dog sat at her side at attention. She joked that she had dressed for the “Volunteer Presidential Security Detail”! Seriously though, for safety and security reasons, every exercise walker should consider wearing a reflective vest or gear of some type at all times but especially during the early morning or evening hours. I, for one, am surely glad that my sister has been for the past almost 7 months now not only the proud owner but also the proud wearer of a bright, neon yellow, reflective vest. Top 3 Likes: -Bright, neon, color -Quality materials, well fabricated, with plenty of storage pockets -Reflective stripes Top 3 Dislikes: -Pocket may not fit cell phone -Only 1 dislike!
Review: This reflective safety vest has been a solid purchase every time. The visibility is excellent, the reflective strips are bright, and the material holds up well on job sites. They’re lightweight but durable enough for daily use. Honestly, the only “problem” is that I keep having to reorder them because the guys keep losing them or taking them home by accident. 😂 That alone probably says something — they’re comfortable enough that no one complains about wearing them. Affordable, reliable, and easy to spot (when they don’t walk off). Definitely a 5-star staple for the crew!
