The texture was the first major issue—the crunch was more like biting into stale cereal than anything resembling a satisfying, crispy snack. Instead of a light and airy crunch, each bite was hard and almost unpleasant, making it difficult to enjoy. The flavor was equally disappointing. Rather than capturing the sweet, nostalgic taste of cotton candy, the product had an artificial, overly sugary flavor that was overwhelming and left a strange aftertaste. There was none of the fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth experience you'd expect from anything labeled "cotton candy." Instead, it tasted like a mix of artificial sweeteners with a hint of something vaguely resembling cotton candy. Another problem was the appearance. The colors, which are supposed to be vibrant and fun, looked dull and unappetizing. It was as if the product had been sitting on the shelf for too long, losing its appeal. In addition to these issues, the packaging was misleading.
