When you are riding 2 up and want to wear headsets, turn the switch off and plug in your headsets and CarPlay will work and you can both talk to each other. Overall thoughts: I do wish the wire was a little longer but I was still able to splice into the wire and add a hidden micro switch so that I could use headsets and still have CarPlay. This plug fits perfectly in the factory plug and will not work it way loose. Make sure you plug this into the grey connector under the fairing.
