I used these in a pair or Dr Marten shoes that ripped the skin off my heels in 5 mins flat. They have definitely helped reposition my foot so this doesn't happen. The reason for 4 stars is that the edge of the heel grip isn't that soft. The pillowed area is great but every now and then if my heel catches the edge I can feel it.
