Best thing ever! Going to orthopedic surgeon to check hip and see if half inch is the right size insert. I would highly recommend these to anyone with a similar problem. update: Ordering a second pair as I got tired of switching them from 1 pair to another. I only use 1 per pair. A helpful hint: I wear them in flip flops and they stay in as I used Gorilla double sided tape to hold them in place. They can be removed when you don't want to wear the shoes anymore.....just pull off and remove tape. I have not had any problems with them coming off with this tape. I did have problelms with another brand of tape. I wear them all day with no problem. It's a life saver with the back pain from being uneven. The bottom of my feet are shot from being on them all day for years. I like that they are cushioned. Very comfortable. The dr. had me use some that were firmer. These are much easier on my feet.
