I've ordered these in the past and they worked much better than this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by C***M on 21 January 2023* I have had this and used it for almost 3 years now with zero problems. It has been accurate to within. 0.1 of a degree (I have to pass a calibration check every week where I work and it tests at 32.1 every time). Today I accidentally dropped it in a 350* deep fryer. It was submerged in the oil for probably a solid minute before I was able to obtain some tongs and fish it out. Guess what.....it still works perfectly and is just as accurate as it ever was.
