It works mostly as expected. Comfortable. Covering is soft and protects skin. Extra cover a plus. Like that the thumb support can be closed a bit to fit hand better. Ordered medium and it fit fine for my husband with normal man sized hand. Putting device on is a challenge to get all the straps assembled without Velcro sticking to wrong thing. He would never be able to get it on without my two hands to help.
