Realize that there will always be a bit of overspray even when adjusted properly, cut in with brush about 6 inches down from a ceiling when spraying walls then go overtop with a paint roller right after for best results (no need to apply paint to roller if wall sprayed adequately). Utilize drop cloth, respirator, ear plugs, ventilation etc when working indoors without a proper spray booth removing fumes/providing fresh air make up . Choose water base products for health reasons and thin them down appropriately for best results.
