B-12 is generally difficult to absorb, so it must be given via injection to get optimal results. However, this B-12 supplement is convenient to have when injections prove time consuming and costly. However, don't expect parallel results. While this B-12 is of generally good quality, it will never replace the traditional injection results. Yes, there are increases in energy and overall well-being, so there is value here. However, maybe shut down dosing for a week to see if you feel any different.
