The mid rise design is comfortable on the waist without slipping downward. The waistband has the right amount of elastic to stays in place without digging into the skin. Fit was fairly accurate for my size. The briefs provide good coverage and the shaped fly works as expected. I have not observed any issues during working at my desk or while doing errands. After a few washes the fabric remained soft and the waistband kept its elasticity. However, do expect it to shrink slightly(check photo of a used underwear bottom ones 3 in a row). Though, I like the assorted colors which could vary from pack to pack but I do not like two grays(personal choice of color). To conclude, for the price and the quantity, these briefs offer a comfortable option for daily wear. Will buy them again in a few years.

**Q: What's the difference, besides the price, between the two of each of the sizes?**
A: Sizes are not standardized and with these I find the small is medium and medium is large even though they give medium measurement

**Q: Do they use discreet packaging?**
A: No it was not discreet. It was in my mailbox, no envelope or external packaging. Just a clear package of underwear w/ label stuck on. Showing size in giant letters and obviously colors. I’m disgusted by this lack of discretion or privacy.

A: The large size is a 36-38 inch waist.

**Q: Are these 100% cotton?**
A: Only the solid colors are 100% cotton. The stripes are 25% polyester.

Very happy. I usually buy Hanes but Amazon was out of my size. These were very well priced and highly reviewed so I decided to give them a try. Not only was I surprised by the good quality but they fit perfectly and feel great. May actually start buying these instead of the Hanes(which are still great). No complaints.
