For some reason, there are two common wiring conventions. Since I've been using a lot of Adafruit boards lately, I needed it wired for "center negative." I tested it right after it arrived and quickly reversed the polarity. No soldering needed — just a male and female JST cable and some solderless connectors like Wagos. Moral of the story: always check polarity before plugging in a LiPo!
