Commemorative Garden Statue, Weeping Angel

This is such a sweet little angel. She looks just like her photos. Her height is about 11.25" as described. Often on these types of products the listed dimensions are wrong but not this time. Her colouring looks exactly like her photos, too. However, she is NOT heavy at all, so if you plan to use her outdoors, I strongly suggest you treat her with 3 coats of Krylon UV Clear Protectorant. It comes in Gloss, Satin, or Matte. Personally, I prefer the Satin which has a slight sheen to it. The Krylon works great on both indoor decor exposed to sunlight and outdoor decor including furniture. ***I am not related to Krylon in any way whatsoever. Just thought I would mention it as a piece of helpful advice.***Re the piece's weight, for her size, she is quite lightweight, so again, if you plan to use her outdoors, place her in an area where she is not exposed to wind because if she fell over and hit a hard ground or anything hard, she would break. There is not a lot you can do about that except to place her out of the wind, or if you feel up to it, drill a hole in the bottom and fill her with sand and seal the hole. That would make her more stable but not immune to wind altogether. Remember, resin breaks as easily as glass or porcelain. I took off one star for the lightweight. After all, she is described as a memorial angel, and as such, it is reasonable to expect customers may want to use her in a garden or in a cemetery, and she she would not be very stable in either environment given her lightweight. She literally feels as though she weighs little more than a pound.The one other complaint I have is that one of her wings appears to have a chunk missing off the bottom, and there is some sort of factory flaw on the same wing where it is close to her body. It looks as though she did not come out of the mould cleanly. Whereas her weight is a design issue, this is a quality control issue. Therefore, I awarded 3 out of 5 stars overall.For the price point, I feel quality control should be better, and the bottom should be weighted. If cost was $20-$22, the price would be more in line with the product.

Bought as a memorial for my best friends passing. We loved angels. Its perfect. Well made and painted nicely. Wasn't damaged in shipping. Very happy with my purchase.

Wanted to do a remberance. GardenFor my family members ❤ that have passed 😢. So my brother and I went thru and chose several pieces.

I have now bought two of these angels. I bought the first one for Jake's grave and when I was washing it to store it away for the winter, it fell down face first onto the patio and the angel's sweet face broke. I IMMEDIATELY walked into the house and ordered another one. This is a very sweet statue. Full on expression of the sadness I feel over the loss of my sweet boy. Highly recommend it.

I bought this as a memorial for my Mom, who passed away recently. This angel is very pretty. I will but more soon.

This angel was for a special friend who was planting a garden in memory of her two recently deceased dogs. The garden was beautiful all on its own but when this sweet angel was placed there , it was then complete. The angels expression reflects the owners sentiments and is a perfect addition to her garden.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this angel. I have been buying angel statues every year since my parents passed away. She is absolutely beautiful and is my favorite. I would highly recommend her as a remembrance of a loved one.

It's very pretty, smaller then I thought but will look nice in the rose garden. Heavy enough to stay in place
