It mixed up precisely as well as previous brands. I've used in other words. I add about 2 tbsp to about 2 oz of tap water and stir a little bit. It's super thick and then I add boiling water to that to make myself a hot cup of a drink. And then I usually add a flavor drink. Mix packet to that and I find like it's a very nice, thick soothing drink and a great way to get 20 g of protein with only 70 Calories. I like the fact that it's shell stable. It's easy to store and bring in a ziplock. Baggie, you can add it to smoothies or ice cream or other things. However, it doesn't dissolve as well as a collagen protein drink. But it still makes a great thickener, and I like that feature about it. **Q: From which country or countries do these cows come from?   the description says "south america," but i'd like to know more specifically.**
A: Hi Jenny, thanks for the question. The cattle are sourced from Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Note that we don't source from Argentina, where the majority of cattle are actually from feedlots now. The animals we use are pasture raised and grass fed and all are traceable back to the farms they came from. Hope that helps!

**Q: what is the shelf life ?  32 oz a large container for me...**
A: There is an EXP. Date on the bottom of the container.  Mine says 01/2021.  I use a scoop every other day, along with Collagen powder, in a smoothie with fresh berries. I see a big improvement in my skin.
