I really like the blend, however I do think that the GABA is unnecessary considering GABA does not cross blood brain barrier, but everything else is great! I will keep taking. Hoping it helps with thyroid. It helps with calming for sure.

**Q: Is this vegan?**
A: It looks like it is vegan.  It is made from myo-inositol, taurine, GABA, L-Theanine, Citric acid, malic acid, watermelon flavor, Monk fruit, and beet powder.

**Q: What are the grams of carbs per serving?**
A: It doesn’t say on the label but it’s sweetened with stevia so I doubt there are any carbs.

**Q: I used to take relaxmax by xymogen but cant find it anywhere now. is this the same product with a new name?**
A: Yes.

**Q: how's the taste? is it gritty/grainy after mix? does it mix well with water? did this help anyone with tensed muscles**
A: It is not gritty and does mix well with water.  The unflavored does have a flavor but its tolerable if you drink it quickly.  It did not relax my muscles but may help you.

Love this stuff! I take 1 scoop before bed and it has helped tremendously for hot flashes and restless leg that I had been experiencing at night due to menopause. I had run out after my first container and after several nights the symptoms were back. I’m now on my third container and will make sure I don’t run out again!
