This is very confusing.  There are no directions in English so if this is your first time then you don't know what to do or how to prepare.  It is because of this that I am only giving it one star.  I have been on the computer for over an hour trying to find out how to prepare them and I still do not have the information.  For the price they charge it should be very well printed out.
