Two frames were messed up (see photos), 1 was buckled up across the front, unusable. The other is dented/ bent at bottom, but still functioned. Ultimately it suited our needs, I'm not a perfectionist. I like that the back clicks into place, securing it together. The strings are good quality, kind of velvety on the outside.
