This tray allows a generous amount of filling to be used without it boiling over and if you do manage to overfill and end up with it on the tin it cleans off very easily. This tray is not cheap but it is very well made and will last a lifetime, well worth the asking price and highly recommend if you are a serious home baker who wants to make ‘proper’ pies and tarts. 🤓

The tins seem very strong and good quality, which justifies the price paid. Dents in the bottom of one of the tins as they arrived in a bag with no protection. Could easily have gone in a box as I had plenty of other items in my order. Keeping them as they were the best ones available and the next lot could be even worse! Do better Amazon.
