But it's good to have a spare on hand anyway, because for me, it would be impossible to do any garden work without one. This is one sharp, handy tool. Dig with it, weed with,cultivate with it, plant with it. Its great for making the furrows to plant your seeds in, then works great guiding just the right amount of soil over the seed, as well as tamping the soil down. Nothing will beat this tool when it comes to weeding. And digging, that point goes deeper, quicker, and the planting is done so much quicker. Have rows to heel up, this tool works great for that too. And it is better than a multi-tine tool for digging deeper and working ground well.I like the tool.
