I jave used them the next day amd they are a little soft. I haven't experimented with other recipes yet though. I have been very happy with my machine. **Q: Can it make crepes also?** A: I don't see why not. I haven't tried crepes, that would have to be an awful thin batter. Mine cooks on half the batter the other half never gets brown. The back side is thin and the front is thick. It is very non-stick though.
