Review: Did not work, loose soldering - I read reviews about how these are often shipped in minimal packaging, so you might receive a damaged product. I took extra care to examine everything on arrival, and I thought I lucked out. Plug it in to a 5V micro SD, and there's no power to the board. Then I noticed that the positive wire from the micro SD slot to the main board had come disconnected. I resolder it, and add some reinforcement to the negative wire because it looked like it was about to come off as well. Plug it back in and the 50 super bright blue LED lights turn on, but the inductive coils do not have power to them. Not worth the time to hunt down what the culprit is. Honestly, it's cheap enough to just throw it in the garbage rather than deal with sending it back. Will be looking for a better solution, because the product idea is fantastic

The back cover of my tablet was blocking the charge. I then put the device on the outside. Box tape also blocked the charge. It only can charge direct to receiver with coil exposed

A: According to Watts Law that would be a 5w output, which is NOT a quick charge rate. Quick charge is generally accepted to be greater than 7.5w, usually at least 10w.

**Q: if i were to remove the main charging board would i be able to use it by soldering the wires onto a standard usb lead?**
A: Yes, This Qi Standard Wireless Charger Transmitter Module can.

**Q: Where would I solder the 12v power to on the board?**
A: There is already a micro USB port to supply power to the board. You could solder a new connection to those lines if you wanted to. Though I wouldn't reccomend it. Just use the supplied connection.

**Q: Looking for a charger cord that lights up for a Galaxy A5 2027 phone.**

I read reviews about how these are often shipped in minimal packaging, so you might receive a damaged product. I took extra care to examine everything on arrival, and I thought I lucked out. Plug it in to a 5V micro SD, and there's no power to the board. Then I noticed that the positive wire from the micro SD slot to the main board had come disconnected. I resolder it, and add some reinforcement to the negative wire because it looked like it was about to come off as well. Plug it back in and the 50 super bright blue LED lights turn on, but the inductive coils do not have power to them. Not worth the time to hunt down what the culprit is. Honestly, it's cheap enough to just throw it in the garbage rather than deal with sending it back. Will be looking for a better solution, because the product idea is fantastic
