Mine was sticky, did not lather and stunk to high heaven. What I put on my hair to try, took forever to come out, and the smell stayed even when I used a different shampoo to correct it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 24K smell? *by S***Y on February 10, 2023* Not a huge fan of the scent of this shampoo in the bottle. It reminds me of some other hair product and I just can’t quite place it. Once it’s in and shampooed, however, it smells nice and not overly strong.I used this in my semi-permanently purple and brown hair. I usually double shampoo even with colored hair. This is nice and lightweight. I followed up with a purple conditioner, which sort of defeats the purpose of a volumizing shampoo.Does as claimed, not heavy, no residue. I wonder about the uv protection and won’t be able to test it until summer. I’m concerned about my gray/white hairs turning yellow– which can happen as a function of UV damage.
