**Q: Does that work to do pull-ups and chin-ups, holding it with all your fingers?**
A: It’s a little challenging to use the thumb loop with pull-ups and chin-ups.  The thumb loop is mostly used for hand extension exercises.  Attach the Talon Grip to some weight or a resistance band and put an open hand in the Talon Grip with your palm facing down.  Then perform bicep curls or just keep an open hand in one position and you’ll really feel the engagement with the extensor muscles.
