I hang them outside on my fence. **Q: Well they glow under a blacklight?** A: A little bendy and nice product but I was short changed in the product. **Q: Are these bendy?** A: A little bendy. They come with strings to hang, but since I hung mine outdoors, I used a coated wire to hang them. We feed birds and I was worried it would deter the birds, but they get used to them, so that wasn't an issue. They seem well made. They are light in weight so they don't pull your tree branches down.
