I have done lots of lace flowers on a single sheet. I used it in doing roses and lilies and iris for my granddaughters wedding When I hoop it I put pins around the outside of the hooped area and pull it tight., I have had on problem with this product. **Q: Can I use this to appliqué on bath towels? I would hoop it was a backing stabilizer. I am using a delicate stitch that will not withstand tearaway.** A: it will definitely be a stabilizer for appliquéing the towels, but will dissolve when you wash them. By that time the appliqué will be stitched on tight and all should be well but without stabilizer. **Q: rather than fsl, does this work well on tee shirts, towels, etc. and then wash away. Is it the shiny type film or mesh type** A: This is awesome. Used it on my bath towels and finish was great. I have my tried it on t-shirts but plan to this week. I would use it on everything if was not so expensive. Washed completely away and leaves no after film.
