With pjs I have no problem, but otherwise, you can feel the Velcro from time to time which is uncomfortable. Overall, I’m very glad I purchased this pillow. I didn’t end up using the little pillow that came with it. The thickness was nice and I felt it was the perfect support for what I needed it for. I was about 30 weeks pregnant while I used this and I felt it was fine, I just preferred my body pillow. The cooling fabric was a nice thing to have while vacationing to a humid climate though. I think it will be easy to store in a box because of how it is connected and can lay flatter in the bottom of a box of clothes or something. Overall I was very happy with it while I was traveling.
