The metallic inner lining of a treat bag. At that moment I ceased being a dog owner and became a forensic investigator. There had been three unopened packets. Three. I began the search. Let the record show neither has expressed remorse. Suspect A yawned during questioning. The other rolled onto his back and exposed his stomach as a distraction technique.
