In the last year I have been a caretaker for a cancer patient, evacuated from hurricanes driving an average o 20 miles per hour for hundreds of miles in bumber to bumper traffic with a pair of screaming cats ( in soft cases for pet transport) in the back seat. Travelled multiple times by airplane, gone through a divorce, suffered the deaths of people around me, and moved. On top of all this working two jobs full time. Stressfull year to say the least. My point is I have been taking this supplement the whole time usually on an empty stomach, usually followed by coffee shortly thereafter. I honestly beleive this supplement has permitted me to maintain good health throuhg all of this. There have certainly been times where I felt worn out, and exhausted, there were times when I felt I was coming down with a cold but no illness was able to take much of a hold. Side benifit for my fellow males out there. I have a girlfriend now and well lets just say there are definate improvements in relations and leave it at that.
