Panini Hardcover – March 3, 2009

I had this Panini maker sent to my daughter in Sarasota, Florida as a Christmas gift, prior to Christmas, and she began to make delicious sandwiches for herself and husband. They both loved it! I am happy that I had it sent to them prior to Thanksgiving Day so they could enjoy it. I also had a Panini Cookbook sent to them. A proud mother in New York City!

I actually bought this for my niece. She and her family love it, she loves the variety, many choices for picky eaters, the kids love the PB&J's!! I bought a 2nd copy to send to her sister & her family too!!! Highly recommended!!

Lovely pictures and easy to read. This is going to be part of a shower gift ,and will add a nice touch with the Panini maker I will give.

For fresh ideas get this book. I can say that the sandwichs from this book are outstanding. I have tryed other book but this one shines bright.
