The cost was a little more than the average burner, but definitely worth it. For example, with some of my past burners, when using it to deep fry, the temperature would drop after adding the food and would take forever to return to temp. Since this one has a higher btu output, I can get it back to temp quickly and avoid over cooking. Food has come out great everytime. Easy set up and cleaning. Built very sturdy with a durable cover for storing.
