Same with injuries. This little roller bottle will last a long time, and can also be bought several times. I will be purchasing this again soon. The scent is pleasant, and strong enough that really a little goes a long way, so there is no reason to over-use this. But do use this. It works to bring God's healing and blessing into everything you use it on. I don't consume it, because I don't know if it is consumable. If the bottle says it is, well, they would know.
