Review: Lowered my Cholesterol - I love morning complete! I am someone who is very cheap, so buying this is out of my comfort zone. However, I continue to buy this because it really works wonders! The flavor is kind of bad by itself, but I add a bit of juice to it and it actually makes it enjoyable. The real benefits come pretty quickly. The most apparent benefit would be regular bowel movements (as someone who struggles with constipation). This made me poop every morning like CLOCKWORK. I didn't know my body could even do that! I didn't really notice a specific change in energy, but I took a blood test after using this product for about a year, and despite my two slices of bacon every morning, my doctor told me that I had the best cholesterol that she has seen in a long time. The only thing I changed to my diet was adding this product to it!
Review: It works, stick with it - Ok first of all I want to say who cares how full the stupid container is!! It's a month supply just as advertised. So may reviews on here complaining about the container being half full - it is, but you are still getting what you paid for so not sure why so many people complain about an irrelevant fact. I told my husband that week I felt like the good bacteria were battling it out with the bad bacteria for dominance over my digestive system. I was gassy, really gassy and bloated and uncomfortable. But I do have that new fangled thing called "Google", and read a lot on starting a probiotic, which I recommend so you know what to expect, and all these symptoms are perfectly normal. After a week all that subsided and everything felt normal again....but with great effects. I am certainly on a regular #2 schedule now, about 2 hours after I take it, I go. I feel great!! My body feels like its doing what its supposed to and getting rid of what it needs to. I love the added benefit of the super greens in this, I also add a scoop of my other Isagenix greens stuff to get more of my veggies in. So far this seems like a great product, its legit and does what it says. As for the taste, again people complain but you can figure out ways to make things taste better. I got the citrus flavor. I bought some Super Greens juice which you can find at the grocery store, I only use about 1/2 cup of that - its just enough to add a little sweetener and good flavor. 1 scoop of the Morning Complete and 1 scoop of my Greens from Isagenix, add in some more water and blend it up in my little rechargeable blender-it mixes just fine. Its delicious. If it tasted like candy alone it probably wouldn't be good for you as that tends to signify artificial flavors and crap that's bad for you! So find your healthy way to make it taste better and realize it tastes not so great on its own because its full of beneficial things, not fake crap. The Super Greens juice I use is all veggies and some fruit, no artificial crap, but its sweet enough to give a great flavor with a very minimal amount, literally about 1/2 cup. To sum up, I have been using for a month now and feel great - glad I started this and will continue to do so. I recommend this product, stick with it!

**Q: Is it kosher?**
A: I am not sure if it is kosher.  It does not contain any type of dairy or meat product.  I do know that I feel better after using it for 2 months.  I drink it (with cold water) in the morning when I first get up about 30 minutes prior to drinking my coffee.  I have more energy and I do not have the digestive issues that I had prior to starting.  Even though it is very earthy tasting, I like it.  I will tell you that my mother and daughter did not like it.  I however am all about eating and drinking healthy. 
 You need to drink it within the first 30 minutes.  Do not let it sit.  Also do not make and to take with you and drink later.  The taste is altered at that time.  Not sure why.

I love morning complete! I am someone who is very cheap, so buying this is out of my comfort zone. However, I continue to buy this because it really works wonders! The flavor is kind of bad by itself, but I add a bit of juice to it and it actually makes it enjoyable. The real benefits come pretty quickly. The most apparent benefit would be regular bowel movements (as someone who struggles with constipation). This made me poop every morning like CLOCKWORK. I didn't know my body could even do that! Ok first of all I want to say who cares how full the stupid container is!! It's a month supply just as advertised. So may reviews on here complaining about the container being half full - it is, but you are still getting what you paid for so not sure why so many people complain about an irrelevant fact. ### ⭐ 10 Billion reasons to avoid it - including severe bloating, gas and nausea

Be weary when messing with the natural flora in your gut, lesson learned! After taking the first scoop on day one the bloating started with gas and discomfort within an hour. Mild cramps followed after about 2 hours. Started to feel nauseous after 3-4 hours and had to take medication to alleviate the stomach cramps and nausea in order to get through the work day. By the end of the day my stomach looked and felt like I had swallowed a small football and I was extremely uncomfortable, only able to eat crackers and drink water. I realized then that I had been suckered by very slick marketing and an actress that I respected. At 7pm that evening I was violently ill and threw up a dark green, vile smelling liquid mess which was clearly the result of the green (rather vile tasting drink) I had taken in the morning. After expelling the contents of my stomach I had instant relief but my gut was bloated, gassy and uncomfortable with almost no appetite for the next 3 days. It is now day 4 and my appetite is now slowly returning but I am still very gassy. Note for those with a reasonably normal gut - beware of messing with the natural bacterial balance of your digestive system, unless it's to counteract a course of oral anti-biotics. I was primarily interested in the sugar control, green food and liver support aspects of the product but clearly it has a massive bacterium content which will not agree with everyone. The gas, bloating and nausea were terrible and it clearly introduced a foreign strain of bacteria into my gut which my system did not agree with. Also note that the claim that it is "delicious" is not true - yes you can catch a hint of cinnamon and apple but it smells off and likewise tastes unpleasant. I had a "gut" feeling when I drank the first cup that what I was putting into my body may not be good for me - it tasted bad enough to cause me concern. It may very well be that the batch I received was indeed off, who knows - my system certainly reacted like it had been exposed to something toxic. (Batch info on the bottom of the container: 009411 MFG DATE 09/13/2021) I will be returning both containers for a refund and will look for a super food, greens & sugar control product without the massive bacterial pre/pro-biotic concoction.
