Here's what I found.Testing methodology:Preparation:1. Fully discharge battery by recording video until no longer possible.2. Fully charge battery in a Wasabi Power dual charger.Measurement:3. Insert fully-charged battery into GoPro Hero 4 Black.4. Format 64gb memory card.5. Record at 1440p60Hz until the camera turns off (because the size of the memory card was large, this was always due to battery, never due to the card filling up).6. Repeat step 5 two more times to utilize the last few bits of remaining charge (usually only about 10 seconds worth).7. Sum up the durations of all the video clips on the memory card to obtain the battery run-time, in seconds.8. It works as well as the original GoPro one. I liked it so much I ended up buying 3 of them. I took these to film family on several snowboarding trips and they lasted as long as the original. (Tip: do not leave the GoPro attached to a helmet mount on the lift as the cold air will drain the battery; instead, put the camera in an inside pocket to keep it warm until you reach the top of the lift). The quality is very good and you don't feel like you're buying some cheap knock-off that will burst into flameIf I have one minor "complaint," it's that the packaging is too nice, as with all Anker products. I understand that some people perceive quality based on how good the box looks so I'm not faulting Anker for this. I just wish this trend in tech would stop so I wouldn't have to throw away a lot of good materials I know Anker spent too much money on. I bought 3 of these and might buy more, so it's 3 or more nice boxes I will have to throw away as soon as I get them. Fits easily into my GoPro 4.My issue arises with the little tab used to help remove it from the camera. It ripped off very easily and it drove me insane trying to pry the battery out of the camera.
