**Q: What is the height?  Base of threads to the top?  I have limited vertical space. Thanks**
A: I no longer have the air admission valve in front of me but off the top of my head I would say 4- 5 inches! Keep in mind that you might need some type of adapter if the bottom threads don’t match what you’re trying to vent!

**Q: What DFU is this?**
A: Yes. It is supposed to be installed under your sink. Ask Lowe’s or Home Depot or your plumber. I installed it myself

**Q: I have a copper drain pipe can this be use and why should i use this vs not using it?**
A: Yes you can use on copper, you should use if not you will get gases that are harm full , also it keeps out the smell l , as far as venting the pipe it will work without valve

**Q: your picture  shows the vertical length to be 2.8inches. is that accurate?**
A: Aproximstely 1 3/4" From the top of the main body to where threads begin.
