I also purchased the Aylio Donut at the same time. The foam structure of both is the same. What differs is the cover on the GetComfort has a handle for carrying and a bag for transport. I've come to appreciate these conveniences and that is why GetComfort gets 5 stars and Aylio, 4. I am able to use both on my stationary bike. I can even use them when I drive my SUV; however, it is a bit too crowded for my Mazda 3i. The photos of the GetComfort do not clearly delineate its two grooves for your legs. Check the photo for the Aylio -- they are essentially the same.
