For children's shoes** A: They work the same way as stick on heat patches that you would put on your back so don't cut them down. They are quite small anyway. I am a UK size 8. They measure 20cm in length(toe to heel) and at the widest (ball of feet) they are 7.5cm wide. May fit into a child's shoe. If your are boots wet In your sleep during camping. It’s will heat and make your boots dry.
